The venues published below have attended the information course organized by the AIC Restaurants/Pizza restaurants/Hotel restaurants Project and are monitored by AIC Tutors. In all the venues, advance booking required.
The Restaurant Project currently includes the following types:
Restaurants, Hotels, Crepe Bars (Creperia), Catering Services, Wine Shops (Enoteca), Salad Bars (Insalateria), Inns (Osteria), Pizza Restaurants (Pizzeria), Sandwich Bars (Paninoteca), Pubs, Reception Halls (Sala Ricevimento), Bars/Snack Bars (Tavola Calda), Informal Restaurants (Trattoria), Holiday Villages.
The service provided in the Hotels that are part of the AIC Network refers exclusively to gluten-free breakfast + lunch + dinner (thus the training received does not include formulas like “All Inclusive”). Before booking, it is advisable to verify whether the restaurant service is reserved exclusively for the Hotel guests.
As for Sardinia, some of the venues published in the past are missing because AIC Sardinia did not submit the necessary documentation by the deadline and thus the venues concerned could not improve their level of training.
